Gary GIJune 2, 2024Great service! My central a/c unit stopped working on a Saturday. I called 4 different service companies and Ken was at my house Sunday morning. He diagnosed and repaired the problem in about 20 minutes and showed me how to troubleshoot a capacitor which he had on his truck. Swapped out the capacitor and voila! Cold air again! They scheduled the second day morning appointment, but then in the morning, they refused to show up due to the car broken. I tolerated them for the first time, but at the second time, they still didn’t show up on time, they said they will arrive between 10-12. However, I waited for the whole morning, they finally gave a call around 12, but I had scheduled another appointment with someone else. After that, they haven’t contacted me anymore until 7pm, they resisted the technician was not able to reach out to me, and no one open the door for them. I responded no need for the service, then they started blaming me for not cancelling the appointment before they arrive and I am a bad guy.
